MOST DISCOUNT FARES INVOLVE RESTRICTIONS. CHANGING CARRIERS OR FLIGHTS COULD RESULT IN THE AIRLINE DEMANDING AN INCREASED FARE. CHECK WITH THE AIRLINE OR YOUR SOPHISTICATED ESCAPES TRAVEL LLC TRAVEL ADVISOR BEFORE MAKING ANY CHANGES.

TRAVEL SERVICES AGREEMENT:

Your Sophisticated Escapes Travel LLC Travel Advisor is acting as an advisor distribution channel for travel providers (identified on your invoice and the accompanying documents) in selling travel- related services (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.), or in accepting reservations or bookings for travel related services (“Travel Services”).

Travel Services are not directly supplied by your Sophisticated Escapes Travel LLC LLC Travel Advisor. Your Sophisticated Escapes Travel LLC Travel Advisor, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract, failure to comply with any laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), cancellations, interruptions, or any intentional or negligent actions or omissions on the part of the suppliers of Travel Services, which result in any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience or injury to travelers or travelers' companions or group members.

DEFINITIONS:

In this document: "you" or "Traveler" refers to the consumer and all travel companions. "We" and "us" refers to your Sophisticated Escapes Travel LLC LLC Travel Advisor, Travel Planners International, and their officers, directors, and employees. Travel Planners International is not your Travel Advisor and does not provide travel related services.

CRUISE CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS:

Cruise lines require that you pre-register and check-in for your cruise through their website no later than three days prior to sailing. If you have not completed online check-in you will be required to complete the information at the pier at least two hours prior to the published sailing time. All guests must be checked in and onboard the ship no later than 90 minutes prior to the published sailing time or will be refused the ability to sail and may not be entitled to a refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

You fully understand and acknowledge that travel services can be interrupted or cancelled by your travel provider, a government entity, or another third party outside your Sophisticated Escapes Travel LLC Travel Advisor's control. If travel plans are delayed, interrupted or cancelled:

• No refunds will be issued by us
• Travel provider policies govern cancellations/refunds
• No refunds for fear of terrorist events
• Vaccination policies may change post-booking

TRAVEL RISK ACKNOWLEDGMENT:

TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE:

Highly Recommended: Provides protection for emergencies, delays, cancellations, and supplier default. U.S. Department of State recommends insurance for international travel. Quotes must be accepted/declined in writing.
